The field of Employer Branding is developing very dynamically since job market makes companies fight for top talents. Highly motivated and engaged employees are worth their weight in gold, and the ability to attract and retain them determines business success.

I lecture Internal Communication at the Postgraduate Employer Branding Management Studies at Kozminski University, organized in partnership with Employer Branding Institute.  Well planned IC supports Employer Branding actions from within the organization and adds to positive employee experience. As part of the course, we address topics such as selection and use of communication tools, creating internal communication plans and strategies, basic rules, patterns and procedures of IC. We pay a lot of attention to the practical use of IC and analyse multiple case studies.
