Joining the Employer Branding Stars jury for the first time

This year, I joined the jury of the Employer Branding Stars contest for the first time. The announcement of the results of its second edition and the awards ceremony took place during an evening gala at the Atlantic Cinema in Warsaw which was at the same the HRcamp conference final.

The prize-giving ceremony is a highlight of the competition, I was honored to hand over the award to the winner of “Best Internal Employer Branding Campaign” category, and the goal of the competition is to appreciate the efforts of companies actively building their employer brand.

For me, however, it is primarily an initiative popularizing EB’s best practices, promoting professionalization of the industry and supporting knowledge exchange between EB specialists. The EB campaigns, awarded in the competition, are an inspiration for other companies, and for the EB specialists themselves it is an additional motivation to develop and implement new activities, which might in turn become best practices for others in the coming years.

The competition is organized by the HRstandard.pl portal, and its content partner is the Employer Branding Institute.
